From the moment we walked through the doors, Leanne was ready to accommodate our requests and did everything possible to make sure this was a positive experience.  When it came time for installation we worked with Derrick and Dan and measurements were completed by Brad. All of them were professional, friendly and very helpful.

  Let me begin by stating that I cannot say enough how impressed I am with Bella Rocha.  When we started the process of choosing our new countertop, we were treated very well and were shown so many different styles we had the option of choosing from.   We found that the team was very reliable, punctual and easy to deal with.   The countertops we ended up choosing turned out beautifully and were reasonably priced.  When it came to installation, they were extremely careful about working around our other recent renovations so to not to damage anything and plus they had a set of stairs in our bi-level to contend with.  This company has quality workmanship and it is evident that they take a lot of pride in their work.  The whole experience was painless and the transformation is gorgeous.   I highly recommend this company for your stone countertops.

  We hired Bella Rocha to remove our existing laminate countertops, replace them with quartz, and install a new undermount sink and we are so happy with the finished product! Rather than a normal edge profile, we requested an ogee edge and it looks very classy. I was expecting a big price tag with that customization, but Bella Rocha's price for the edging was very reasonable compared to what I was seeing online! Install was smooth as well, took only 4 days from removal to install. Brad, the rest of the crew, and the staff in the office were very helpful and awesome to work with.   From the minute I walked in the door I felt looked after.  And the process o picking out granite was quick and easy.  Everyone from Leanne, to Alessya to Brad were all super friendly and helpful.  They were excellent in keeping in touch with me as to when my countertops were being cut as to when they would be installed.   Beyond just having GORGEOUS countertops, we could not be more impressed with Bella Rocha’s exceptional customer service! Due to serious delays in our cabinet installation because of covid, we were constantly having to call Bella Rocha and rebook a time for them to come in and do their laser measuring. When our cabinets were finally installed, their countertop measurement employee was away, and would not be able to come for a few weeks. They felt so bad that they went out of their way to accommodate us, getting someone else who had done it years before “retrained” so he could come do our countertops in a timely manner and he did an incredible job! They kept in touch with all things and were nothing but accommodating and professional, we could not be any happier!
